Royal Caribbean · Ship classes
Seven classes, thirty-plus ships, one honest opinion. A short guide from a named UK Royal Guru — so you pick the ship that suits how you actually holiday.
What "ship class" means
A "class" is a group of sister ships built to broadly the same design. Same-class ships share layouts, cabin categories and signature spaces — so once you know the class, you know the experience.
The class you sail matters more than most people realise. It shapes the pace of the ship, the mix of guests, the range of dining and entertainment, and whether the ship suits a multi-generational reunion, a couple's escape or a family with teens. We help you match the class to the holiday you actually want.
