Valora Travel is an independent UK cruise specialist. We lead with three brands we know deeply — Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Silversea — and we look after our clients personally, before, during and after they sail.
Why we exist
The problem with the alternatives.
Booking a cruise should feel exciting. Too often, it feels exhausting. Generalist agencies know a little about a lot. Online travel sites know nothing about you. Call centres pass you between scripts. And every one of them wants a sale before a conversation.
Valora was built on a simple idea: know a small number of cruise brands really well, and look after every client personally. Three lines. One specialist. Real depth, not brochure copy.

ATOL & PTS Protected
Flight-inclusive bookings are ATOL-protected under our partner The JLT Group (ATOL 6090) — you'll receive an ATOL Certificate as soon as you pay. Cruise-only payments are held in trust by Protected Trust Services (PTS), so your money is safeguarded until your booking is confirmed with the cruise line.
What it means for you: your money is safeguarded, whichever way you book.
ATOL cover for flight-inclusive holidays is provided by The JLT Group, ATOL 6090. PTS covers cruise-only payments made directly to Valora Travel.
CLIA Ambassador
A senior membership tier of the Cruise Lines International Association — the trade body for the cruise industry. It reflects ongoing training and continued professional experience across the world's major cruise brands.

Royal Caribbean Royal Guru
Royal Caribbean's own recognition for advisers with deep, verified expertise across their fleet, itineraries and onboard product. It's earned through advanced training and time on the ships — not paid for.
