Winter & spring
Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale
Xcel's home run — Eastern and Western Caribbean weeks built around the festivals and The Bazaar. The itineraries the ship was designed for.

Celebrity Cruises · Edge Series · Debuting November 2025
The fifth Edge ship — and the one that quietly rewrites the series.
Celebrity Xcel takes everything the Edge Series does well — the design, the food, the Magic Carpet, The Retreat — and adds seven genuinely new spaces on top. The Bazaar brings the destination on board with rotating festivals and destination-inspired dining; Bora lifts brunch and tableside dinner to the top of the ship; and the new Celebrity Pool Club rethinks the resort deck entirely. It's a Caribbean ship first, and early sailings book a long way out. We'll tell you honestly which weeks and which suites are worth the wait.

Onboard
A high-level look. We'll go deeper on any of these — including the shows worth pre-booking — when we speak.
The headline space — a market, festival and dining district that changes with the destination. Mosaic reinterprets local signature dishes, Spice serves authentic small bites, and the Market brings artisans on board.
Carnival, Aqua, Flora and ¡Viva! festivals run through the sailing — colour, live music and food built around the culture of where you actually are.
Alfresco brunch with the best sea views on board and an extravagant Bloody Mary bar, then intimate Mediterranean dinners prepared tableside after dark.
A reimagined resort deck with more shade, pool valet service, elevated poolside food and drink, and private cabanas for a genuinely unhurried sea day.
The first-ever Hydra Room in the SEA Thermal Suite, an outdoor Vitamin D Deck, an expanded salon and 120+ treatments. AquaClass staterooms include unlimited thermal suite access.
Three new theatre productions, the Candlelight Concert Series, Country Music Night and two new immersive experiences at The Club and the Attic.
Cabins & where to book
On Xcel, the stateroom decision is really three decisions: Infinite Veranda or a true balcony, whether AquaClass earns its place, and whether The Retreat is worth the step up for your week. We'll walk you through all three honestly rather than pushing you upward.
We'll steer you clear of the obstructed views, the cabins under the pool deck and the noisy connecting doors — and towards the ones that quietly go for the same money.
Best value
Mid-ship Infinite Veranda
Steady, quiet and central to the Grand Plaza and dining. If you like an open-air balcony, we'll flag which categories give you a conventional veranda instead.
Spa pick
AquaClass
Unlimited SEA Thermal Suite access — including the new Hydra Room — plus Blu, the AquaClass-only restaurant. On Xcel this is the upgrade that most often pays for itself.
Upgrade
The Retreat — Sky Suite or above
Private Retreat sundeck, Luminae restaurant, Retreat Lounge and butler service. On a celebration sailing it changes the whole week — ask us before your dates open.
Think twice
Forward staterooms on a Caribbean crossing
You'll feel more movement on the longer sea-day itineraries, and the walk aft to The Bazaar and Bora is longer than the deck plan suggests.
