Year-round — Western Galápagos
Baltra, round-trip
Isabela and Fernandina: volcanic landscapes, flightless cormorants, penguins and the richest cold-water snorkelling.

Silversea · Galápagos · Entered service 2020
Built for one archipelago, and nowhere else.
Silver Origin is Silversea's first destination-specific ship, designed and built solely for the Galápagos. She is Ecuadorian-registered, carries just 100 guests in all-suite accommodation with butler service, and sails with one of the highest naturalist-to-guest ratios in the islands.

Onboard
A high-level look. We'll go deeper on any of these — including the shows worth pre-booking — when we speak.
A dedicated team of Ecuadorian guides — typically one to every ten guests — leads every landing, snorkel and Zodiac cruise.
Dynamic positioning means no anchor damage to the seabed, alongside water production, waste treatment and reduced emissions.
Wetsuits, snorkel kit, paddleboards and kayaks are on board, with a purpose-designed platform for quick launches.
The Restaurant and The Grill serve menus drawing on Ecuadorian produce, with relaxed open-deck dining at sunset.
Every suite has a veranda, most with a convertible Horizon balcony that opens the whole wall to the view.
Small groups ashore, no queuing for Zodiacs, and a crew who know your name by the second morning.
Cabins & where to book
Every suite on Origin has outdoor space, so the decision is about deck, view and layout rather than whether you get a veranda. Higher decks sit closer to the observation lounge and dining; lower decks are quickest to the Zodiac platform each morning.
We'll steer you clear of the obstructed views, the cabins under the pool deck and the noisy connecting doors — and towards the ones that quietly go for the same money.
Best value
Classic Veranda Suite
The same inclusions, butler and Horizon balcony as the grades above, with the saving spent better elsewhere.
Extra space
Silver Suite
A separate living area that earns its keep across a week of early starts and long afternoons at sea.
Quiet choice
Mid-ship, away from the platform
Landings run early. A suite clear of the Zodiac operation makes for calmer mornings.
The splurge
Grand or Owner's Suite
The largest layouts on board, with wraparound views. Only a handful exist, so they go early.
